The look and feel of the Truett's Chick-fil-A experience and brand is inspired by two key time periods in Chick-fil-A history. The intent is not to create a museum or time capsule, but rather an authentically fresh experience that tells Chick-fil-A’s story — it feels right for today while also fully immersing the guest in the special feelings and attitudes that shaped Chick-FilA founder Truett Cathy’s early days in the restaurant business and provided the foundation for who Chick-fil-A is today.
