Company activities geared toward awareness, education and activation are developed by the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee which is divided into four sub-committees, each with a specific focus and associated activities and workstreams.
Giving back is fundamental to Miller Zell’s corporate mission, and we encourage all associates to get involved. In addition to supporting many national philanthropic organizations, associates receive annually 24 hours of PTO to volunteer with their favorite charitable or nonprofit organizations.
