Miller Zell Continues to Upgrade Print Capabilities for Clients
ATLANTA, GA, Dec. 15 — Miller Zell recently made two key purchases to optimize our print capabilities in order to better serve clients.
Miller Zell acquired an HP Indigo 15K Digital Press and an Insignia High-Speed Rotary Die Cutter from Rollem International, which recently earned the 2024 Pinnacle Product Award for Die-Cutting Equipment from the Printing United Alliance.
The press will provide high-quality, small-format printing on a wide variety of substrates for any run length. The press and die cutter will automate the finishing process, optimizing workflow, color consistency and operation efficiency.
“This investment was about providing ‘the power of yes’ to our clients,” Miller Zell president Paul Papantonis said. “This press and die cutter provide new products and capabilities on any substrate in any shape or size, with an emphasis on color quality, efficiency and sustainability.”
The press uses three-color printing to increase throughput by 35%, with 25% less energy consumed, using EPM Preflight. The die cutter offers run speeds up to 4,500 sph, ease of operation and quick changeover.
