New EVP Landon Phillips Brings Extensive Retail Expertise to Miller Zell

ATLANTA, Sept. 30, 2024 — Miller Zell is pleased to announce that Landon Phillips joined our team this month as Executive Vice President of Corporate and Business Development, bringing over two decades of providing expertise and value to a wide variety of retail clients.

Phillips comes to Miller Zell from Avery Dennison, most recently serving as SVP of Business Development for its Vestcom business unit. Including his time at Vestcom, his diverse retail and branded environment expertise includes in-store merchandising, headquarters selling and price/promotion delivery.

Phillips’ previous tenures include SVP of Sales of EJ Caimen — which was acquired by Vestcom in 2016 — VP of Performance and Systems at Convergence Marketing (Hanover, MD) and co-owner and head of Kroger Operations for Rocket Retail (Atlanta).

Phillips earned a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Georgetown University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children and spends his spare time reading, traveling and serving as his family’s handyman.
