Top brand rollout questions we receive.
- What are the key components of a successful brand rollout?
-
First and foremost, you need a partner who excels at scaling projects. At Miller Zell, we have developed team of project managers who are experts with the ins and outs of retail environments. They work closely with designers and engineers, creating project plans based on timeline and budget reality.
Communication is constant and seamless with production and installation teams so your brand implementation is a no-brainer. And as a bonus, we keep it all in-house, so your project is always the priority.
- How do you guarantee quality in production, delivery and installation?
-
Miller Zell has a quality control department that is continually tracking and reviewing our production, logistics and installation projects.
Guided by Six Sigma principles, they have immaculate attention to detail and fast response times. They quickly address issues around delivery, go-backs and kit-packing errors, updating policies and recommending process improvements.
- How do you ensure that the design on paper matches what’s in the store?
-
When it comes to brand rollouts, you can be as involved or hands-off as you desire. You can rest easy knowing our process is built on transparency and quality control.
The installation process starts with mandatory training and a customized “Installation Manual” that covers all aspects (items, quantities, tools and equipment, methodology and more) of each project.
Then we proceed with multiple quality checks. This can include including on-site photo verification, real-time progress tracking and final sign-off from the client.
