Miller Zell’s in-house graphic center has the equipment and G7 Master Brand Certified professionals to produce high-quality, in-store elements on nearly any substrate to provide wayfinding, interior signage, banners, wall coverings, window clings, dimensional letters, wrapping labels and more.

Our production capabilities don’t stop there. With a network of domestic and overseas manufacturing partners, we provide in-store visual merchandising solutions from craftsmen-level specialty store fixtures to whole-program gondola solutions.

How do you provide quality control and consistency?

Miller Zell has developed processes and checks and balances in our 60+ years of operations. Today, these are maintained and improved by a dedicated quality control team that uses proven Six Sigma practices to oversee all production, address issues and maintain service-level agreements with our clients.

What is the value of an in-house graphic center?

Miller Zell has two graphic centers with a variety of presses that provide a wide range of print capabilities. This arrangement allows us to optimize print schedules to accommodate multi-step jobs, planned maintenance and software upgrades.

It goes without saying that managing the process from pre-pro to outbound shipping lets us guarantee ship dates and delivery schedules.

How do you address sustainability concerns with your print facilities and processes?

It’s no secret that the print industry uses a lot of natural resources. That’s why Miller Zell sought and maintains certification from the Sustainability Green Printing Alliance. This requires strict adherence to protocols to minimize waste, responsibly manage materials and thoughtful resource planning.
